  • At Golden Aura Pilates every class is designed to meet where you are whether you’re a beginner stepping onto the mat for the first time, or an advanced mover looking to push your limits. All of our offerings are mat based, blending sculpt, yoga and hot pilates into a well rounded, empowering experience.

  • At Golden Aura Pilates, the Aura Effect is more than just a glow. It’s the physiological and mental transformation that happens when movement, heat, and breath align. Our classes are designed to stimulate the body and calm the mind, creating a balance that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and radiant.

  • Hot Pilates raises your body temperature, increasing circulation and oxygen flow to the muscles. this not only improves flexability and range of motion but also stimulates calorie burn and detoxification. The result: an energized body that feels both lighter and stronger

  • Sculpt and yoga work together to activate both fast- and slow-twitched muscle fibers. Controlled, Pilates insprired strength training builds lean muscle, while yoga postures restore balance, reduce cortisol, and improve nervous system regulation. This combination creates long lasting strength with reduced stress.

  • When the body works under mindful movement and controlled intensity endorphins and serotonin are released. boosting mood and promoting confidence. This biochemical shift is what we call the Aura Effect: The visible glow of physical vitality combined with the inner calm of mental clarity.

Classes

    1. Arrive to the studio 10 minutes early for your first class.

    2. Pack your gym bag with water, anything you else you may need and a positive mindset.

    3. Once you arrive, connect with your coach and inform them about anything that could potentially impact your workout like current/prior injuries.

  • A dynamic workout blending strength training and pilates inspired movement to tone, lengthen, and strengthen your body. Perfect for building lean muscle while staying graceful. 50 minutes to get your strength on.

  • Hot Sculpt Pilates

    Turn up the heat with energizing, sweat- inducing Pilates practice in a heated room, Boost endurance, burn calories, and leave glowing. 50 minute class of glowing.

    Towel to lay over your Mat ( If you don’t have one, don’t worry we will provide one)

  • Find your calm while building flexibility, balance, and inner strength. Our yoga practice focuses on mindful movement, relaxation, and breathwork help you restore body and mind. We offer Vinyasa, Sculpt and Hot Yoga.

    What to Bring:

    Water

    Mat ( If you don’t have one, don’t worry we will provide one)

  • 30-60 min post-class:

    • Stretch for 3-5 minutes

    • Hydrate

    • Refuel your body with high-protein foods and carbohydrates.

    Next day, still sore?

    • Foam roll to release tightness and increase the range of motion for sore muscles.

    • Move your body for an active recovery.
